art as a way back to our true nature
Art and wild spaces have always been my sanctuary, the places where I find grounding, healing, inspiration and freedom.
Working from my studio in North Yorkshire, my practice explores the reclamation of the body and self within a post-industrial landscape undergoing its own transformations.
Inspired by myth, memory and physical connection with the land, I create enigmatic artworks that celebrate cycles of life, death and rebirth — totems of hope for ever-changing people in an ever-changing world.
